I was born in Patuakhali, a quiet and beautiful coastal district in southern Bangladesh. It was there, among rivers, green fields, trees, birds and open skies, that I spent the most formative years of my life. Patuakhali was not simply the place of my birth; it was the landscape that shaped my imagination, my emotions and my understanding of the world.
